Costs of arbitration

The costs of the arbitration are paid by the parties. Arbitrators fees are usually charged on an hourly basis, which u ranges between €250,- and €500,- per arbitrator.

The costs of an arbitration with a sole arbitrator will amount to €10.000,-

Usually the arbitration award allows the winning party to recover costs (both arbitrators costs and costs oi legal representation).
